At Nootropics Depot USA, we stand behind the analytical purity of our compounds. Our return policy is designed to ensure the total integrity of our supply chain while protecting your research investment.
30-Day Evaluation Period
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unopened and sealed research materials. Due to the clinical nature of our compounds, we cannot accept returns on products where the induction seal has been tampered with or removed.
Analytical Discrepancies
If you believe a batch does not meet the purity standards outlined in its COA, please contact our lab team immediately. If an analytical discrepancy is verified, we will issue a full refund or immediate replacement, including all shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Email orders@nootropicsdepotusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our logistics team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for our Kearney, NE hub.
Once received and inspected for seal integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
